Sean D. Lair has worked at Lair, Warner and Shay P.C. since shortly after his admission to practice law in New York State in 2004. Mr. Lair acquired his Bachelor Degree from Saint Bonaventure University in 1999 and his Law Degree from the State University of New York at Buffalo in 2003.
Presently, Mr. Lair represents clients in the areas of Divorce, Family Law, Wills, Estates and Real Estate Closings
Mr. Lair’s Family Court and Divorce practice covers the following counties: Wayne, Monroe, Ontario, Seneca, Cayuga and Yates. Mr. Lair also represents buyers and sellers in residential closings throughout Western New York.
